York Food Festival Ticket Refund Policy
"YFF" means York Food Festival and "Event" means the activity / tasting / workshop etc booked by the ticket holder. 

1. If the event is rescheduled by YFF, all purchases will be honoured for the next event date / time.
If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, a full refund will be issued. 

2. If the event is cancelled by YFF, all purchases will be refunded in full. 

3. Requests for refunds by the ticket holder should be submitted by email to admin@yorkfoodfestival.com

4. A partial refund will be issued if requested by the ticket holder up to 24 hours before the date and time of the event.
A 10% processing fee will be decucted from all requested refunded amounts. 

5. Refund requests made within 24 hours of the date and time of the event will not be issued.
